This is such a great balancing tool. I’ve been doing yoga and using the Bosu ball at the gym, but I love having this at home to supplement them. I actually like the feel of this better than the Bosu ball, but I can’t really pinpoint why. This board has an excellent grip. You definitely don’t want to slide off and with the texture that’s not a problem with this board. I find it works better on carpet, but have also used it on hard floor. It is very well built, I don’t foresee any problems with it.There is a ton of exercises that can be done on this. Just a simple standing balance is great, I can really feel my core engage when I do that. I also use it for some strength building exercises, which I’m posting a few pictures of. Almost any exercise can be adapted to use a balance board or Bosu ball to help challenge your core and build balance. In addition to being a great product to use for workouts, we also are a competitive family, so my husband and I enjoy taking turns seeing who can balance the longest without the side touching the ground. I also found some great web sites about using it them in rehab setting for ankle injuries and such. Since that’s not my intended use I can’t speak much to that, but if you’re interested I would spend some time looking it up. I was sent this to test and review. I am always completely honest with my reviews, so this is honestly a 5 star product in my book and we love using it!Pictures in sequential order: the board, showing how it looks with 2 feet on it, standing balance, lunge, bridge, push up (on knees), plank, small squat.
